I am an athlete, coach & content creator who loves traveling the world, creating epic content & helping other people reach their full potential.
Originally born in Denmark, and raised in the sunny city of Cape Town, I’m a very outgoing, adventurous & friendly person who is always up for a challenge & trying new exciting things.
Over the last decade I have dedicated myself to getting in the best shape, competing in ultra-marathons & an Ironman triathlon, all while perfecting in my skills as a photographer & film-maker.
